Based in London you will have 2 direct reports (HR Advisor X 2) you will report directly to the Senior Group HR Manager. You will provide strategic advice relating to the business operations team and be the senior point of contact for all major change programmes and projects.

Working in collaboration with the wider HR team you will ensure that the firm's strategy is followed and where appropriate you will take delegated responsibility from the HRD on matters such as salary and bonus reviews. Your main duties day to day will include;

*HR Department support
*Design and implementation of strategy
*Performance management & appraisals
*Ad-hoc projects
*Employee Relations

You will be professional in your approach with a proven track record operating in the area or human resources, you will have the ability to work independently but also work well as part of a team. You will have strong communication skills, be comfortable and knowledgeable about working in a business environment be a real problem solver who can listen as well as give direction.
