The Firm:
I am currently assisting an outstanding law firm based in St Helens in their search to appoint a number of fee earners for their ever-growing Residential Property department.
The Role:
On a day to day basis this role will consist of handling a full caseload consisting of the Sales and Purchase of both Leasehold & Freehold property from inception to completion. The salary for this position will be circa £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
The Successful Candidate:
In order to be considered for this positon, you must be a Qualified Solicitor, Qualified Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years PQE within a Residential Property department.
