REAL ESTATE LITIGATION 1-3 PQE
You will join an extremely busy real estate team in the heart of the city, who due to increasing success are looking to on-board an additional Real Estate Litigator. The firm have a strong international focus and whilst having all the benefits of a London boutique firm compete and regularly win work from the larger international firms.
The role will be broad ranging and will involve a mixed commercial and residential case load, however will have a stronger commercial focus. You will deal with matters such as; landlord and tenant, title issues, rights of way, telecoms and residential development. You will be given the opportunity to take on considerable responsibility, utilising your own knowledge as well as the Partner's.
To be successful, you must;
* Have 1-3yrs PQE experience in a fast paced real estate litigation team
* Have strong academics
* Experience in both commercial and residential experience would be desirable.
