A Property Litigation Lawyer is wanted for a rewarding opportunity with a leading top 100 law firm in central London. Based in the heart of the City and by some of London's most well-known markets and attractions, this role will suit an experienced Solicitor who wants to move up the career ladder with an exceptional firm. Salary for this role is competitive.

As a recommended Legal 500 practice and over two centuries of business, they have a reputation for offering a blue-ribbon service at competitive City rates. They have a low turn-over of staff, excellent client exposure to both national and international clients and are now looking at grow their team after significant success in business development.

The Successful Property Litigation Lawyer will join the Dispute Resolution Department, the majority of which is Property focused offering a high quality case load. This will consist of a range of property portfolios, tenancy disputes, contracts, long residential leasehold disputes, as well as commercial landlord and tenant disputes.

The client base is exceptional and includes Real Estate portfolio holders such as charities, retailers, house builders and developers, just to name a few.

Applications are invited from Property Litigation Lawyers with ideally 2 - 4 years PQE, however, those outside of this bracket will still be considered provided they have a solid background and come from a similar high calibre firm. Business development is a key part of any role at this firm so candidates who have been exposed to this will be at an advantage.
