Private Client Solicitor, Hampshire

Our client is a full service legal 500 firm with numerous offices in Hampshire and London. They have expanded significantly over the last 15 years from 100 staff to approximately 300 staff to date. The vision being to be the leading regional law firm in Central Southern England within the next 5 years.

This client requires a Private Client Practitioner, the vacancy is likely to suit someone with 5 to 10 years broad PC experience, with preference towards probate and aspirations towards Partnership.

The role will be based preferably in Hampshire but their Southern London office could also be considered

As a solicitor in this department, you will be responsible for administration of estates and the development of the Probate practice within the firm, to advocate and prepare supporting documentation to include preparation of Wills, Deeds of Variation and Powers of Attorney and to support the wider PC team as necessary.
