A leading law firm with significant presence across the Middle East are currently looking to grow their team with the appointment of a Senior Corporate Associate to join its well established Doha office. The firm's global team builds agile, tailored solutions to meet the local, national and global needs of private and public clients of any size in more than 125 locations serving 50-plus countries.

The corporate department has developed an incredible reputation and the lawyers within the department work on a full spectrum of corporate transactions and deliver seamless, integrated solutions to clients. With transactional expertise, deep knowledge of the industries in which clients operate and far-reaching experience in advising global, national and emerging companies, the firm maximizes its global presence and local expertise to meet client needs.

We ideally need to have applications from Senior Corporate Associates who have 5+ years PQE. It is a key point that you are currently working for a Top Tier firm and those Lawyers who have accumulated Middle East experience will be viewed particularly favourably. Candidates will have experience in handling a broad range of corporate matters such as dealing general corporate matters including but not limited to mergers & acquisitions, SPA's, private equity, joint ventures and general contract drafting and negotiating. Candidates who are fluent in both Arabic and English will have an advantage.
