Residential and Commercial Property Lawyer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a property lawyer to join a highly regarded firm in Hertfordshire for a period of 3 months. The view is for the post to become a permanent position.  The role has arisen due to continuing growth.

The successful candidate is likely to have upwards of 3 years’ PQE in both residential and commercial property transactions and be able to deal with a full caseload with little supervision.

The workload will comprise of 50% residential and 50% commercial property and will cover a full spectrum of matters to include: acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial properties; freehold and leasehold premises; new leases; lease renewals and lease enfranchisement; landlord and tenant matters; mortgages and re-mortgages and option agreements. 

The firm has a great reputation within the Hertfordshire region and services clients within the local vicinity as well as throughout England and Wales. Their reputation and work load has been built upon by way of word of mouth and continual referrals from previous clients.
