Corporate/Commercial Lawyer - Riyadh

A prominent, full service law firm in Riyadh are looking for an experienced corporate / commercial lawyer to join their close-knit, award winning office. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior level lawyer to join a prestigious law firm at a crucial stage of expansion.

The firm’s highly regarded practice advises on a wide variety of Corporate Finance issues including strategic M&A, corporate governance, joint ventures, structured finance, IPOs and private equity matters among others and the team acts for an impressive list of financial institutions, private equity firms, asset management firms and various corporations.

In order to be considered for this opportunity we ask that you have a minimum of 6 years experience practicing in the field of Corporate / Commercial law and be confident handling all aspects of Corporate Commercial transactional work. Your experience should include expertise in researching, preparing and drafting agreements, negotiating contracts, restructuring and a high level of confidence in large scale Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions.

Arabic language skills and prior law firm experience are key traits our client has outlined for this role.
