Foot Anstey have an exciting opportunity available for a Paralegal to join the Commercial Property team based in Plymouth. You will receive a highly competitive salary & benefits package.
This role is an opportunity to join a dynamic and fast growing commercial property team which specialises in renewable energy projects and supporting key clients on large scale transactions and portfolio management. You will undertake individual transactions on commercial property portfolios and support cross office teams on larger commercial property, corporate and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities as our Commercial Property Paralegal will include:
To prepare, negotiate and finalise leases and other agreements for the roll out of solar roof top installations across the country and deal with ancillary due diligence, registration and SDLT formalities with appropriate support and supervision.
To prepare, negotiate and finalise leases and other tenancy documents for a variety of transactions on commercial property portfolios for local authorities, business parks and corporate occupiers with appropriate support and supervision.
To assist teams in multiple offices with title due diligence and reporting, including the submissions, collation and review of searches and enquiries on corporate and commercial projects and transactions including property and project finance.
To undertake the sale and purchase of commercial property, including carrying out disclosure or due diligence, negotiating contract and transfer documentation with appropriate support and supervision..
To deal with post completion registration and stamp duty land tax formalities on the transactions highlighted above with appropriate support and supervision.
What makes you the perfect Commercial Property Paralegal?
Proven technical knowledge and track record of supporting the commercial property projects and transactions highlighted above. Experience working on renewable energy projects and financing is desirable but not essential as it can be learnt
A professional and dedicated approach and a proven commitment to working within a high quality environment delivering excellent quality service.
Commitment to ongoing professional and personal development including self awareness and self reflection and continuous improvement.
Previous experience of working with a CRM system would be an advantage.
