Corporate Paralegal

Reporting to the Corporate Partner, you will provide a very high standard of valuable support to the Corporate team in what is an immensely interesting and varied role. Responsibilities include Data Room Management; Due Diligence; Document Review and Proofreading; Document Management; Post Transaction Bible Production; Signings and Completions; Billing; Translating; Legal Research and Drafting Memos; liaising with Regulators and Authorities; managing and collating Know-How Resources; Business Development and Pitch materials.

We are looking for a Paralegal who has a very broad set of Corporate law skills and experience. You will be bilingual in Arabic and English and will be educated up to Degree level (ideally a Law degree). You will be competent in all areas of general office administration and will currently be a Paralegal in the UAE. We also need to see competency in the follow IT packages - MS Office, Carpe Diem, Firm Control and Visio.
