Dispute Resolution Paralegal

My client is a globally recognised law firm which is involved in all areas of law. With offices across Europe, Middle East and Asia, my client is now looking for a Paralegal to join their Riyadh office which is going through an exciting period of growth and expansion.

You will be joining the Disputes team as a Dispute Resolution Paralegal and be expected to hit the ground running by assisting fee earners, dealing with authorities, processing documents, advising management on legal implications of internal policies and many more similar tasks. In the role you will employ the most appropriate tools and strategies for each stage of the Dispute process and you'll be given the opportunity to learn and make use of innovative Alternative Dispute Resolution techniques.

As a mid-level Dispute Resolution Paralegal, you will work closely alongside leading clients and established Associates in the industry, learning from the best in relation to the Disputes process while providing effective support, seeking to minimize the likelihood of future Litigation.

The ideal Dispute Resolution Paralegal will have relevant experience of working as a Paralegal in the region, candidates who are already in the Middle East will have an advantage. Moreover, the chosen candidate will work well in a team/ on own initiative and possess strong communication skills and should be able to draft comfortably between Arabic & English.
