Property Litigation Solicitor

Our client is a leading commercial practice based in the heart of Central London. They are now looking for an additional solicitor to join their thriving litigation team, to work on property litigation matters.

The successful applicant will handle a broad range of property litigation work on behalf of a diverse client base, from charities and government institutions to property developers and social landlords. Examples of the type of work involved include landlord and tenant disputes, tenancy/leasehold disputes, development disputes and contract disputes.

Applicants should probably have around 2-4yrs PQE, ideally gained in a recognised property litigation team, perhaps in a large City or West End firm or a major regional practice that is well-regarded for property litigation. Experience of dealing with high quality property litigation work is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside some experienced and highly rated partners and senior associates, whilst handling and developing your own property litigation caseload.

Strong academics are important. Salary based on experience and PQE but competitive in this sector of the market (c50 partner, Central London firm).
