The Role
A talented Commercial Property Lawyer is now sought within a busy team based in Chichester. With solid experience in a wide range of property-related matters, the successful Solicitor or Legal Executive will manage a varied caseload to include: sales and purchases of commercial premises; Landlord and Tenant matters; property finance; leases and; plot sales. Additionally the successful Lawyer will build and maintain client relationships and promote the service of the department and practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years’ PQE gained within Commercial Property;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will be pro-active, personable and detail orientated;
You will work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative;
You will have a desire for professional development.
