NQ Planning Solicitor / Senior Paralegal - BIRMINGHAM

Our client is looking for a passionate junior Planning Solicitor or a senior Paralegal to join its excellent team in Birmingham. The successful candidate must have a solid academic record and have demonstrable planning experience together with the commercial acumen required to further existing client relationships. Our client is willing to consider candidates from a public sector background.

Areas of work will include dealing with planning agreements, CPOs, planning inquiries and a vast array of general planning issues. The role will provide the successful candidate with valuable exposure to a great client base which includes national house-builders, local authorities and other public sector clients and investors.
