Our client, a full service regional law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Fee earner to join its office in Blackburn.
The firm is looking to strengthen its residential property team with the addition of a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner who has a minimum of 12 months experience working within residential conveyancing.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Department the role will include but not be exclusives to:
Handling a full caseload of both Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchase files from inception to completion;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients;
Assuming full responsibility for an individual caseload from start to completion
Service existing clients to an exceptional standard.

The Candidate
In order to be considered for the role candidates will:
Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a residential property role;
Have experience in handling caseloads from opening of the file to completion;
Have excellent attention to detail;
Have the ability to build strong client relationships
Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
