Insolvency/Restructuring Solicitor, Birmingham
Our client, a large international practice are seeking an Insolvency Solicitor to join the team in the Birmingham office.
A leading Legal 500 international practice, my client is a full service law firm acting for both the public and private sector.
The Restructuring team in Birmingham is a highly regarded unit split between non contentious and contentious work. The Birmingham team is also the centre of excellence for personal insolvency and is recognised as one of the pre-eminent players in the country in this field. High profile clients of the team include most of the major accountancy firms and the clearing banks. The role would involve working closely with these firms dealing with non-contentious work.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE dealing with insolvency/banking/corporate/ transactional work. Ideally you will have worked or are working within a large national or multi-national legal organisation. You will also have a strong academic background and technical skills.
