Our prestigious international client seeks a banking and finance lawyer with 2-5 years (AUS) or NQ-3 PQE (UK) acquisition, leveraged or general corporate finance experience from either a magic circle or top tier law firm to join their fabulous SYDNEY OFFICE. This banking and finance team are talented and committed to develop strategic relationships and networks.

We have a close relationship with this impressive firm who pride themselves on their global strength, commercial thinking and on delivering a market leading experience to their clients. The team are renowned for having an enviable client list and for advising on a full range of financial options. You will have the opportunity to advise clients on a mixed array of challenging complex banking and finance legal work.
