Banking & Finance Associate, 2+ PQE
Our client, a leading dynamic US firm, is looking to hire an associate to join their London-based Finance practice.
The role will involve working for one of the most progressive, dynamic teams in the City, representing lenders, borrowers, trustees and distressed debt investors in connection with cross border and domestic financing transactions, acquisitions and restructurings. You will advise on complex capital structures, security and intercreditor issues.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical abilities and be detail oriented, but with the ability to see the bigger commercial picture. They will have a detailed knowledge of complex financial and legal concepts, and be able to communicate these in a client-friendly and effective manner to both internal and external clients. In addition to this, they will have strong negotiation skills and excellent commercial judgement.
