Construction Associate, 5+ PQE- London/ Bristol - 3-6 month FTC
Our client, a leading national firm, is looking to hire an associate to join their Commercial & Infrastructure department in either Bristol or London for between 3 to 6 months.
The role will involve advising clients on predominantly non-contentious construction matters for both public sector and private sector clients. You will be advising on long-term outsourcing and partnership working arrangements, a variety of PPP models, including the PFI market, as well as documentation on all the main construction procurement strategies.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in a well-regarded construction practice, working mainly on non-contentious matters. They will have excellent drafting and legal analysis skills, as well as experience managing relationships with key clients on a day to day basis. In addition to this, a good network of contacts in the local/national market would be beneficial.
For the right candidate there is potential for this to lead to a longer-term contract or permanent role, offering a route to partnership for those with a significant following.
