Experienced Commercial Property lawyer required for 10 Partner West Sussex firm. Candidates will be handling Commercial Property sales & purchases, business leases, options, development work and ideally have some experience with "Leasehold Enfranchisement". The current Commercial Property workload includes sales of public houses, nursing homes, garden centres, retail units and industrial premises. You will be working alongside an established property team, any exposure to general co/co work including business formations or share/asset purchase agreements is an advantage (not essential). Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers considered for this position.
