High street solicitors practice with multiple offices in Thanet seeks Commercial Property Solicitor, ILEX or Licensed Conveyancer to join busy team. You will be handling the sales/purchases or retail units, public houses, hotels, offices and industrial premises, dealing with business leases and L&T matters. Any additional experience with agricultural property, licensing or commercial work including share/asset sales, LLPs or Partnerships is a bonus (not essential).
