They are now actively seeking a talented Lawyer for their Clinical Negligence team.
The Role
A rare opportunity has arisen, for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Negligence Lawyer, to join a partner-led team in Bedfordshire. Working alongside experts within the field, the successful Lawyer will handle a complex caseload of clinical negligence claims including: delays in diagnosis; spinal injuries; incorrect treatment; surgical errors; GP claims and; accidents at birth. In addition the successful Lawyer will actively immerse themselves in business development initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships and promoting the services of the department and firm as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE;
You will have strong technical skills and solid Clinical Negligence experience;
You will be able to organise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines;
You will have strong client care and communication skills;
You will be professional, personable and detail orientated;
You will be a pro-active team player, with a desire for professional development.
