Property - Senior Residential Development

If you are an experienced property lawyer with a background in residential development work this is a role with a clear route to partnership. With a full caseload of residential development work available, you will move into a senior position in the team with a clear path to progress and no following needed.

This firm has an excellent profile in property work. The residential development team handles all aspects of development work for both private sector developers and registered providers. They advise on residential and mixed use development schemes, undertaking all associated property work.

The team is looking to fill a key role at the senior level. You will take on a full caseload of excellent quality work for key clients, including developers, housing associations, local authorities and both private and public sector clients. This is an important role in the housing and regeneration team and due to succession there is a clear route through to partnership.

This role may appeal to a junior partner looking for a step up to a national firm, or a senior associate looking for a clear path to progress. Because of the seniority of the role, any candidate must be able to work independently on matters and also work well as a team. There will be a responsibility at this level to supervise and mentor juniors. Although no following is required there will also be a strong client focus and commitment to delivering a high level of client service.
