Company Secretarial Assistant
One of UK and Europe's largest investment management companies based in London is seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their in-house team for an initial period of 6 months with a strong possibility to extend or remain on a permanent basis.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity reporting directly into the Head of Company Secretarial. This role will offer progression and exposure to a variety of company secretarial duties within a fast paced financial services environment.
Our client is looking for someone with exceptional organisation skills with previous experience of working within a company secretarial department, specifically minuting board meetings.
Duties will include:
oPlanning, organising and minuting board meetings
oAssisting with the preparation of board and committee meeting packs
oEnsuring terms of reference for governance remain up to date
oLiaising with third party suppliers to maintain records
oAdministrative tasks related to the company secretarial function
The successful candidate will be ICSA qualified and will have ability to work with people of all levels, both internally and externally. Experience within the financial services sector is advantageous but not compulsory.
