Your new role

This firm are looking to recruit an experienced lawyer with 5+ years PQE from a leading City, Regional or offshore firm with a strong commercial property background to join their highly successful small, yet expanding team in Jersey.

This firm's established property team represents developers, investors and businesses in the acquisition, development, financing, sale and leasing of property in Guernsey and Jersey. The lawyers at this firm are privileged to have been involved in the major purchases, developments and sale of commercial and residential property across the Channel Islands.

What you'll need to succeed

This new opportunity will be suitable for candidates with impressive academics who are looking to make a move from a top onshore firm to an innovative and well regarded offshore employer. Desired candidates will have a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience. Exceptional candidates who are more senior than 5 PQE may be considered if they can demonstrably add value to the practice
