Duration: 2-4 weeks, possibly longer
Rate: £25-30 per hour

The Role
Our clients are looking for a Company Commercial Locum as an 'extra paid of hands' with a view of an immediate start date. They hold had a number of new instructions including a number of large and complex matters. You will be assisting and advising in a large multi company re-structure, tax advice, share sales and resolution in company disputes.

Although 2-4 weeks, there is a possibility of the role extended pending work levels.

Our clients are a small but niche property specialists within the heart of London. They are able to handle any property or company matter and handle large portfolios for both national and international clients.

The Candidate
The right Company Commercial Locum will be a Solicitor, immediate available, hold a range of company commercial experience and have ongoing availability.
