An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Legal Secretary to join a South Manchester based law firm within Personal Injury.  The firm have a great reputation within the industry and a very good staff retention.  The successful senior legal secretary will have previous legal secretarial experience within Personal Injury and will be working at senior level.


Duties include:
  • Dealing with general secretarial support including typing of general correspondence
  • Liaising with clients and providing updates
  • Working on the case management system and dealing with digital dictation
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in Personal Injury Law
  • Experience of using a case management system
