An experienced Proclaim Developer / IT Systems Developer is required to join a Southport based well respected law firm within their expanding IT department.  The firm offer a great list of benefits and a friendly working enviorment. Previous Proclaim Development experience is essential. The successful candidate will have strong problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a customer focused approach.

 

Desired experience:
  • Proclaim v3.3 tables
  • Proclaim web services
  • Workflow design using Microsoft Visio
 

Duties:
  • Workflow development and maintenance (including linked actions & diaries)
  • Analyse existing workflows to determine opportunities for streamlining and performance enhancement
  • Create and maintain forms and documents (including maths & conditional logic)
  • Configure embedded documents
  • Create and maintain database, maths fields and correspondents
  • Create, develop and maintain user screens and on-screen intelligence
  • Create, develop and maintain new case types and linked cases
  • Prepare appropriate technical and user documentation
  • Create and maintain Advanced Reports
  • Schedule reports to provide regular delivery to users
  • Investigate and manipulate outputted data
  • Import/export jobs to update and create cases
  • Use web services to send/receive case data to and from external facilities and applications
  • Configure the inclusion of data fields to the Dynamic database
  • Manage the live and scheduled population of the dynamic database tables
  • Import/export, data templates, XML data templates, SQL queries and auto-routines
  • Task server configuration, scheduling and trouble-shooting
  • Work with other members of the team to deliver projects promptly and to ensure a consistent approach to development
  • Participate in project initiation, working with stakeholders to produce requirements and estimates of effort
  • Liaise with Project Delivery Manager to determine availability for the project against other work
  • Facilitate meetings in order to progress work and to clarify stakeholder requirements
  • Maintain and update progress on project in relation to requirements, meetings, issues & risks identified and any lessons learned
  • Liaise with Project Delivery Manager as to the above, revisions to original specification, revised effort and estimated delivery date
  • Facilitate testing and acceptance of all requirements
  • Project closure review with Project Delivery Manager, to include lessons learned and benefits review plan
