SME/OMB Business Lawyer

Key appointment (not requiring a following) with a highly successful, Greater Manchester practice.

This full service law firm enjoys an excellent reputation within the business communities of Lancashire and Greater Manchester.  It is instructed by a diverse range of SME and OMB clients across manufacturing, logistics, building and construction, new technology, retail, leisure, professional and financial sectors. Turnover and head count of these clients varies and whilst the team has advised a number of clients through expediential growth and acquisition, it continues to enjoy providing legal and strategic advice to SME, OMB and small, family run businesses.

Providing pragmatic and tailored advice is the foundation to the team’s success and it is inundated with instructions from existing and new clients. 

Ideal for this role would be a solicitor able to lead on corporate transactions but who also wishes to maintain a broader and integrated company commercial practice including:

• Business start-ups – incorporation, partnership & LLPs
• Advising on and drafting Terms of Business and all types of Commercial Contracts
• Advising on trading risk, limitation of liability and loss
• Banking, Security and Finance issues
• Trade and Brand Protection
