THE ROLE  
You will be an ambitious Solicitor of 2 – 4 years PQE with a solid background in residential conveyancing matters. You will be running your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters to include, sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new homes, plot sales and property investment. Knowledge of buy to let, shared ownership and tenancy agreements are also required for this role. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a residential conveyancing solicitor of 2 – 4 years PQE and be able to work unsupervised,
Possess excellent time-management skills, able to prioritise a very busy workload while remaining good-humoured and approachable,
Be a great communicator, able to explain complex matters in clear accessible language.
