An outstanding opportunity for a junior commercial property / real estate solicitor to join this well managed and vibrant US firm in London. Our client has a top quality global client base and a really strong brand both in London and internationally.

The role offers exposure to UK and European deals involving real estate joint venture work, acquisition/sale of real estate SPVs and real estate loan portfolio agreements. Clients include heavyweight opportunity funds, real estate private equity and institutional clients. You will also be working with US clients and leading local counsel in offshore jurisdictions (mainly Europe, Lux, Cayman etc.)

This is an unusual and rare opportunity as the team is quite small in London and you will therefore play a key role in its growth.
