Our client, a large City Council based in the North West of England is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team for an initial three month assignment.
The successful candidate will carry a full and varied caseload and deal with matters including, but not limited to acquisitions and licences; new property site development; and reviewing, negotiating and drafting leases. Our client is particularly keen to hear from candidates that have previously worked within the public sector although candidates with the relevant experience from alternative backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
