Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive

A Private Client solicitor or legal executive is sought by this busy and experienced private client team at this well regarded regional law firm in their Exeter office.

You will deal with all aspects of private client work including preparation of Wills, administration of estates and Trusts and Powers of Attorney.

You need to be IT literate and able to use a case management system. If you do not already hold a STEP qualification then the firm would support you in the relevant studies to achieve this standard.

All of the private client team members take an enthusiastic interest in the department’s business development you ou would actively participate in this aspect of the role.
