Commercial Counsel
International Manufacturing Business
Surrey
An international manufacturing company, and constituent of the FTSE 250, is currently seeking a commercial counsel. Reporting in to the Group Head of Legal, the successful candidate will support the main business and a number of subsidiaries throughout the EMEA region.
The role will include all general commercial work and the ideal candidate will have prior experience of competition law as well as supply/purchase agreements. Those with excellent private practice training and in-house experience within a manufacturing business will be at a distinct advantage as will those who have worked in an international environment.
