Description

This friendly firm in the South West are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing fee earner to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is to commence as soon as possible due to growth and expansion within their property department.

The successful candidate will ideally be a Solicitor and be able to handle their own caseload. However, all candidates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing law and deal with a full caseload of matters including:

• Sales and Purchases
• Both Leasehold and Freehold properties
• Transfers of Equity
• Re-mortgages

This role is for full time hours, offering an excellent salary package and it is a brilliant opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to progress further in their career.
