A brand new and exciting role for an ambitious individual looking for a new challenge within a highly successful and reputable law firm. This leading firm works with a variety of interesting clients and is looking for a CRM Executive to join the newly refreshed and re-launched digital team. A role with great autonomy, you will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing the firm’s client system.
As a CRM Executive, you will be fully involved in managing and updating the InterAction database, enhancing many of its features which in turn will help the lawyers keep in better contact with their clients. You will also have the opportunity to develop a referral track programme as well as training and coaching internal members on utilising the system to its full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in the successful of the firm’s CRM practices.
You should have CRM database experience preferably within a professional services environment with excellent communication skills. In return, you can expect excellent training with a great salary and benefits package.
