Role: Residential Property Solicitor Locum
Location: North London
Duration: 12 Months, possibly longer
Rate: £28.00 - £30.00 per hour
The Role
Our clients are seeking a key hire to cover a residential property caseload for at least 12 months starting in the New Year. Your caseload will be 100% residential with mixed values via a document management system with full secretarial support.
The Firm
Our clients are a niche conveyancing practice with traditional roots. They hold conveyancing quality within a friendly and supportive environment, very close to the train station.
They are able to offer a long term locum role starting in the slowest months with a rate at circa £30.00 per hour.
The Candidate
The right Residential Property Solicitor Locum will be 10+ PQE specialised within property, be local and available from January on an on-going basis.
