IT Outsourcing Associate (1-4 PQE)
This highly established award winning Commercial team are seeking a Commercial Technology & Outsourcing Associate between 1-4 PQE.
The team currently acts for a variety of clients including banks, leading oil companies, technology companies and retailers on a broad range of matters such as outsourcing, cloud computing, licensing, procurement and data privacy.
In order to be eligible for this opportunity you must have excellent drafting and communication skills and extensive experience of non-contentious commercial contracts, outsourcing and technology projects. You must have the ability and drive to work on bespoke, big-ticket and complicated IT and outsourcing transactions.
