PI RTA Solicitor/CILEx

Sue Ross Legal is assisting with an exciting opportunity for a Defendant Motor Specialist to join the Sheffield office of an international firm of solicitors.

This is a role which would ideally suit a qualified Solicitor/CILEx with experience within Defendant Motor PI work and has dealt with a variety of clients including corporate, public and insurance and has also instructed experts and taken witness statements.   Candidates with a Claimant background may also be considered.

Knowledge of the Pre Action Protocol would be an advantage.

The proven ability to manage your own caseload and time is essential.   Good communication and organisational skills is required for the role.
