Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor (4-6 PQE)

The role offers the perfect opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded partner within the area. The role will consist of working for an array of high-end clients including but not limited to institutional investors, hotel groups, charities, high net worth individuals and developers (both commercial and residential). The successful applicant will be joining a team with a genuine ambition for growth. Progression opportunities will be made available for candidates that are prepared to focus on the business development side, in addition to undertaking the required fee earning as well. The successful applicant will have strong academics, extensive experience within the area and candidates with EU procurement experience would be advantageous but this is by no means requirement. Regional candidates will also be considered, especially those that have experience of working on matters with a funder/developer element attached.
