Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive - Bideford/Barnstaple - Devon
Are you looking to work for a reputed Legal 500 firm in an established North Devon branch?
This firm have an excellent reputation spanning all of their Devon and Somerset based offices. They advise on the full range of business and personal matters and are now looking for a qualified solicitor or legal executive to join their established wills and probate team.
You will initially work with and eventually take over from the existing partner who is looking to retire.
Your case load will include advising on complex trusts and probate, estate administration, wills and tax, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters. Many of the clients are of a high net worth nature, so experience managing this type of caseload would be beneficial.
Due to the location of this office, any candidates with agricultural experience are welcome to apply, although this is by no means essential.
This is a full time role and will suit a solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years PQE.
