FINANCIAL REGULATORY (MORTGAGES) 2 + WEST YORKSHIRE £EXCELLENT + BONUS + BENEFITS IN-HOUSE
Now one of the largest mortgage lenders in the UK, our client are looking to appoint an experience lawyer into their established in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in the field of financial regulatory matters. A bias towards mortgages would be desirable but a robust understanding of FCA conduct is essential.
As the principal legal adviser for the mortgage operations area of the business you will provide advice to various parts of the business as well as advising the business on regulatory developments and projects. You will also be responsible for implementing safeguarding policies to ensure that the business is protected.
