Accredited practice requires a Commercial Property Paralegal.

Our client is a Lexcel accredited, Legal 500 practice, awarded for its excellence in an array of legal areas including wills and inheritance, conveyancing and family mediation. This firm has offices across the Midlands and has developed strong links within the community it serves including funding, sponsorship, awards and charitable causes. The practice prides itself on offering straight forward, pragmatic and trustworthy advice. They are looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their Kettering office.
The Role
The firm are looking for an experienced Paralegal for their Commercial Property team. The role will be for a full time, permanent Paralegal. The position will be supporting and assisting fee earners covering a broad base of commercial property work, including purchases and sales, title checking and property searches, diary and file management, post-completion matters and providing administrational support including transcribing digital dictation.
The position will suit a Paralegal looking to develop within the Commercial Property sector and support will be given to achieve further career progression. There will be potential for the right candidate to manage their own caseload.
The Candidate
You must be a Paralegal with at least one years Commercial Property experience;
You will be professional but enthusiastic with good communication skills;
