Evolution now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts & Legal Risks Manager to join their business in Sheffield.

As the dedicated Contracts Manager you will enjoy operating for an international business where you will be responsible for undertaking an organisation-wide contract review and maintenance of manufacturing agreements, T&Cs of sales and other ad-hoc commercial agreements. You will also manage the IP portfolio and certification matters instructing and seeking guidance from external counsel when required.

Ideally you will have previously worked within a similar role, preferably for an international manufacturing or distribution business. A robust knowledge of contractual legal matters is essential.
