Our client is an award winning international law firm that can trace it roots to the late 1800s. Perhaps uniquely among major firms, they have retained a major client from this time. The firm now has a global reach spanning Europe, Africa, Asia, Middle East and Latin America.

They are now looking to hire a Business Systems Developer to work closely with the IT and Accounts departments. You will assist in leading innovations around the utilisation of systems, best practice and develops bespoke solutions to support business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead on the improvements to the management system. 

Develop the firm's business critical support systems.

Technical lead for the firm’s BI solution, including maintenance of the data warehouse, dashboards and transactional reporting.

Develop and implement technical solutions to support business requirements. 

Develop and maintain all system integrations between key business systems. 

Assist with the production of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for both internal and external purposes.

Lead on technical work stream for new PMS project, including data conversion, system development, integrations and BI reporting.

Candidate Profile

This position will suit an individual with a strong development background who is comfortable leading all aspects of technical delivery.

The successful candidate will be ITIL certified.

Knowledge of MS SQL programming, including SSRS and SSAS.

Excellent knowledge of c#, asp.net and .net.

Knowledge of VBA and Javascript.

The candidate will have a service focused attitude and professional manner.

Confident and clear communication with people at all levels of the business hierarchy.
