Conveyancer - New Homes
We are currently seeking a 1-4PQE Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor
Our client are a leading Legal 500 firm in the South East. They are regarded as leaders in their field (Tier 1 Legal 500) for property and other practice areas.
Your role as New Homes Conveyancer will involve a busy caseload as part of a well staffed, structured team with plenty of support from a team of 7 assistants. You may be required to work out of the office on occasion at client's development sites.
At a strategic level this post will support the residential property partners in their ambitions to grow the business and provide clients with a complete end-to-end service
In order to succeed in this role you will need:
- A technical knowledge of residential property law.
- You will have at least 1 - 4 years of post qualification experience and you will be comfortable processing standard sale/purchase conveyancing instructions with a minimum level of supervision.
- You will need to be able to demonstrate a passion for your chosen practice area.
