RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING

This successful and growing firm based in North West London are looking to expand their Property Practice Group to incorporate a dual role specialising in residential conveyancing and leasehold enfranchisement. The candidate will join their established property practice group complementing a team of 10 fee earners with specialisms in residential conveyancing and leasehold enfranchisement comprising 3 partners, 2 consultants, 1 assistant solicitor, 2 paralegals and a trainee solicitor. The firm will consider a solicitor, licenced conveyancer or experienced conveyancing paralegal for this role and you will have solid residential conveyancing experience dealing with matters from inception to post completion with ease and able to handle a fast, busy caseload. Whilst some ln knowledge/experience of lease extensions/Section 42 notice is required, full training will be provided.
