This Central London firm have an established property team acting for an array of clients in the commercial and residential property sector.
A role has arisen for an experienced property solicitor to join the team to deal with a wide range of transactional property matters, including property finance, such as bridging loans.
You will probably be at least 3 years qualified with a solid background in commercial and/or residential property, and able to handle your own caseload confidently without supervision. Experience of property finance, specifically bridging finance is also essential.
