Conveyancing Executive - Negotiable - North Yorkshire

Our Client a reputable law firm seek a Conveyancing Executive to join their team in North Yorkshire. As a Conveyancing Executive you will be working in a small team and be working on Conveyancing files.

You will carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership, and new plot purchases.

You will have at least 2 years experience in conveyancing as you will undertake residential conveyancing work on behalf of clients of the firm.

The salary is negotiable and depending on experience.
