ISDA Negotiator - Top European Investment Bank
A global investment bank is looking to hire a Master Agreement Negotiator to join their well-established derivatives documentation team. Reporting to the head of the master agreements team you will have a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Drafting and negotiating a master agreements, including, ISDA, CSA, GMRA and GMSLA agreements.
- Negotiating with many types of counterparties in a variety of jurisdictions.
- Liaising internally with Risk, Front Office, Tax departments throughout the negotiation process to ensure master agreement terms are within agreed parameters.
- Ensuring completed master agreements complies with jurisdictional requirements for netting.
You will have at least two years' experience negotiating master agreements, with knowledge and exposure to the ISDA, CSA, GMRA and GMSLA agreements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with senior members of the business.
